Follow these instructions to:
  1. Add a new item
  2. Edit your status
  3. Manage the SharePoint list directly, and
  4. Add the In Out Board as an App Part to any page on your site

Add New Item
  • Click 'Add New Item'
  • Enter your Name, In/Out status, and optional Comments
  • Click 'Save'
 
 
 

Edit Your Status
  • Next to your Name, click 'Edit'
  • Update your In/Out status and optional Comments
  • Click 'Update'
 
 
 
 

Manage the SharePoint List
  • Click 'Manage List'
  • Use the ribbon to manage the SharePoint list
 
 

Add the In Out Board as an App Part to your page
  • Browse to your web page
  • On the ribbon, select the 'Insert' tab
  • Select 'App part'
  • Select 'In Out Board'
  • Click 'Add'
